In a novel that’s perfect for fans of Fifty Shades of Grey, Stacey Kennedy returns to Club Sin with another wicked and wild tale of submission, seduction, and love.

At Las Vegas’s exclusive Club Sin, Aidan Knight is the Master, unleashing the erotic yearnings of his submissive lovers. But his dominant façade conceals a devastating loss—something he instantly recognizes in his personally trained submissive Cora Adams. Sworn to unearth her secrets, Aidan uses his seductive skills to ignite her wildest desires until Cora yields to the pleasure she can find only with him.

Cora came to the BDSM club to act out her sub-and-dom fantasies without ever revealing the heartbreak that haunts her. But Aidan’s masterful touch is bringing her closer to the edge . . . and deeper into a world of control and surrender. He refuses to allow her to submit to any other man—nor does she want to. It’s a dangerous game they’re playing. For as they give in to passion, they must lay bare their souls for a love that could heal—and free—them both.

Bared is an erotic romance intended for mature audiences.

Bared is Stacey Kennedy‘s second installment in her Club Sin series.  Emotionally driven with great characters, this book left me breathless and involved.

Bared follows Dom Aidan and sub Cora in an emotionally gut wrenching journey.  Aidan might be broken, but not in a traditional or unhealthy way.  I think Kennedy does what so many fail to do – make BDSM a healthy outlet for absolutely normal  individuals.  Yes they all have that piece that is broken, but we all do.  Are we not all broken in one way or another?  No matter how self aware at times we are, our ghosts still linger and can effect beautiful things we might not otherwise see.  Isn’t this our ultimate battle towards happiness>?  This story captures this essence in an expected way.  Pulling us in a tide of emotion and nakedness that so many of us fear.

I did come to completely identify with the characters, but it was not an instant connection.  It took a little while to see the whole picture of the characters complex dynamics.  In full disclosure Kennedy did what few other authors are capable of doing.  She made me cry!  I didn’t even see it coming and that is really something special.  The BDSM contained in this book is part of the characters lives, but it is certainly not all this book is about.  Kennedy has created alluring characters and a captivating story.

I rate Bared by Stacey Kennedy 4.5 out of 5 Bullets!

Great review! Stacey Kennedy’s paranormal series has been on my TBR pile for WAY too long. She’s Canadian too; shame on me. Happy Friday!
