This review is for Bearskin by A.D. Roland. (One of the 5 stories in this anthology).

Pan’s Curse is a sweet and unique paranormal romance story. It truly had a fairy tale feel to it and was reminiscent of the Beauty and the Beast, sans the kidnapping bit, and the Princess and the Frog. The Devil’s deal is never what one anticipates, right? I enjoyed the darkness of the main character, Valdus. I know that sounds odd, but I did. The light and dark mixture of the two main characters created a great contrast to the story. Enough backstory was provided about each of the characters in this short story to make feel engaged throughout the story!

Bearskin is an entertaining and original story.

I cannot wait to read more in this anthology!

I rate Bearskin by A.D. Roland 4 out of 5 Bullets!
